Is ".com.tw" a valid domain extension?

I was able to buy a domain that ends in ".com.tw" for Taiwan, I've pointed the DNS properly, everything is in check. However, I can not access the site. It is being hosted at SiteGround. Does anybody know if ".com.tw" is able to be hosted by SiteGround? I'm not sure what's going on honestly..
