We are trying to develop a quora like social networking site with different idea. We have frontend ready and we hired 3 PHP developers for backend development. Question is "Where to start backend development?" Being a student myself, I never worked with a team/instruct them what to do and where to start. Start with database design or functionalities or user profiles ?
