I want to be able to build an e-commerce platform and i only know bootstrap, what should i learn to aid me in achieving my goal

Currently i only know bootstrap, a little Jquery. What else do i need to learn to be able to aid in me in achieving a standard e-commerce platform like asos.com that has both a website and an application.
