Visual problems with my font on mobile/tablet viewing

I'm struggling to find an answer online already, perhaps im wording my searches poorly, but I'm having problem with the font im using when I view the website im constructing on a tablet or a phone.

I would appreciate if anyone could explain the problem and how/if I can fix it

As you can see the spacing appears to go completely off and mainly around thin characters like I or L. The line near the end "ea qui odio dolorum lucilius" is a perfect example.

Any Ideas? thanks in advance!
