The scroll and parallax effect not works fine in Safari

I have a problem with the scrolling of a webpage. The scroll and parallax display fluidly on Chrome and Firefox, but not like that on Safari. The problem is even worse on Macbooks than in iMacs.

Someone knows what may be causing this?
