Is it possible to make icons text searchable if there is already text associated with the graphics?

I was looking at the Ionicons catalog, which features a grid of icons, with hidden names that are revealed when you click on them. See the screenshot:

When you click on an icon, e.g. the up arrow, you get a pop up box with text you can search for. As you can see, my search for 'ion-arr' has returned one possible match, which is highlighted. Now, the arrows to the right are also 'ion-arrow-...' icons, but the text cannot be searched for unless you explicitly click the icon.

I am wondering whether it is possible to design a page with the same layout, but such that you can text search the icons from the (Chrome) find in page functionality.
