How to create a specific website preferably using WordPress? (Any Ideas will be super helpful)

I have an idea for a website but don't know how to approach it. What I want to do is create a website where the landing page is just a static page with nothing but a logo. Then I want a pop up asking the user to create an account in order to access the main content. I also want to have an option to "Sign in" and "Register now" on a navigation bar at the top right. So after the user has created the account I want the website to redirect them to the main content page. On the main content page I want the user to be able to select just one image of the many that will be presented (almost like those bot detection tools). So after they've selected their image I want the user to be redirected to a checkout/confirm order screen or maybe as soon as they select the image a live chat pops up. The only reason I want the confirm order or the live chat to pop up is so I (the website owner) can get an alert/notification. I also want the selection to remain in the users account under history. Is such a thing possible with WordPress? any ideas would be super helpful.
