Changing Font Color depending on Background Image

I wanted to know if is possible to change the font color/foreground Color depending on what background I have.

Lets Say I have a webpage and the user is able to upload an image to that site and that image will be the background image of the website.

So now after the user uploaded the image i want that the font color is adjusting to the background color, so that the font color is good readable depending on the background images color.

Lets say user uploads an image which is mostly back, then the font color should be white or some other color which is good readable with black background.

then when the users uploads a white image (mostly white) then the font color changes to black or an other color which is good to read with an white background.

Website is in asp.net
