Audio file on webpage stops playing after an extended period of time due to "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"

I have a webpage that plays audio in a loop. After an extended period of time the rain sound ceases to play generating an error "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (http://ift.tt/2h7MlnB )", and can't be started again unless the page is reloaded. Any have any ideas as to what is causing it and why it only affects the rain audio file?
