How to access website developed in html/php using the ip address of the host from another computer on the same network?

I have developed a simple website using html/php. I wanted to access the said website using the ip address of the computer its on from another computer on the same network. I am fairly new to web development so please if anyone knows the step by step process so I can achieve this I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much.
