Dashboard for scripts' outputs

I have some scripts which monitor services and servers. Their typical output is something like 2016.10.01 [INFO] New device found, IP: 192.168.3.12, mac: 00:00:00:00:00:01, Name: HP printer. They run continiously and log all the events 1 by 1

Others show full info like: 1. Device 1, status: enabled 2. Device KKK, status: rebooting On each run

While they output everything to log file I want some kind of web dashboard which would show all the data in a nice way.

Are there any solutions? One of the options I see is to use chats like Slack, but they wont be so good with 2nd type of scripts.
