Access Web Query, Compare tables for changes

I have an Access Web Database that has a customer table for program enrollment for each year. The customers are identified by [Customer], which is numeric, and [Enrollment Year], such as 2015, 2016, etc. Each program they are enrolled in has a specific title as a field name and an 'X' if they enrolled in that program for that year. I need to create a web query that compares the enrollments for one year to the previous year and displays changes. For example, I want to compare the same customer's enrollment for 2016 and 2015 and show the changes in 2016.
