Web Page administrator [on hold]

There's something to manage the resources of a web page easy and fast. I tried with SilverStripe but its not an option.

I want something where i can just to drop my pages and configure some little details to get everything works. And with the function for: Manage sessions and users Manage users permitions Add web pages with JS CSS Ajax PHP HTML5

Doesnt matter if i have to pay for something like this.

I tried to use SilverStripe but its no easy to use pages that i already have that use JS or Ajax and to change the theme its other show. For someone else it might be ok, but not for me.
