Beginning Direction for Web Development

I am new to programming and I have just finished Zed Shaw's book "Learning Python the Hard Way". After finishing the curriculum in the book, I wanted to delve into the world of Web Development. I started looking into resources of where to go for the next step but it was a bit overwhelming. The best resource I have come across was FullStackPython. I am looking for feedback, opinions or resources of where to begin. In the long term, I would like to be a full stack developer and eventually work on designing websites and providing back-end support for the clients. I UNDERSTAND that stack overflow users hate newb questions but I am new to this world of computer science and I am trying to be a self taught programmer. So a push in the right direction would help and be greatly appreciated.

My questions: 1.) Do I have to learn front-end or back-end first? Does order matter? 2.) A curriculum to follow for web development. 3.) I would prefer to stick with Python for back-end. What are the major difference between Django and Flask? What applications could I use each one for? 4.) I came across a term "naive" web apps. From my understanding it heavily emphasizes front-end work for more user friendly interactions. Is my understanding correct? Can someone elaborate in better/simpler terms of what it is and what resources/tools/languages would be helpful to build these type of web apps?
