what web hosting should I use?

I want two web services:

A web hosting service, I have a written my own PHP website, it s just a portfolio so it only needs a web host the supports php.

Cloud storage, I have almost 500GB of data I d like to store in the cloud in case my computer and external hard drive get destroyed. I don t need to amazing speeds, just something to hold it all and allow me to add/update every now and then.

I m looking for the cheapest possible solutions to these requirements. I don t care about introductory offers either I want something that will remain affordable. I don t mind if there s one service that solves both problems or two. I don t want to have a server in my house as I move around a lot. Does anyone have any experience in this area who can recommended some services?
