Costomize my website's url

I have a dynamique website (more than 1000000 article) and the page of article don't change ever. Is it good to generate html page for each article ?

I don't want that the url of the page be like : http://ift.tt/29aWYDl I want something like http://ift.tt/28Vm2jm
