best inexpensive web hosting

I am looking for a hosting service for my wife's business. She has a single domain. Currently her site is all static content, client based javascript with no server side scripting. She is currently paying about $12-$13 per month. I would like recommendations on a solid web hosting. Good support. Her web site is not that big. So web site storage space is not a huge concern. Also it is just her. So a lot of email accounts are not necessary. Her web site is not overly optimized. Performance is appreciated.
