Theme for a gift entry portal website for Organisation

My client using SharePoint foundation 2013. They want to create one application where organisation users will enter the Gift\Donation\Sponsor (if they have given to someone).

We have created simple aspx table and color like box. They said it is like box, it should have some improvement in UI. I searched on Internet but not able to identify any theme.

Now I need help to identify a design of website

• not much complex
• no need of responsive
• Which will be used as an application to enter details of Gift\Donation\Sponsor given an employee.

Please help. I am a developer and this is my first post on this site so kindly ignore (or suggest to improve) any mistake.
