Run apache-ant commands on command prompt from browser to run jmeter scripts

I have created a test-framework using ANT build tool for jmeter functional tests.

I give a command ant run report from the directory in my machine and it runs all test cases and generates and report.html file in the same base directory. Probably using some javascript

I am trying to make this available through browser to all developers to check their code quality and testers to run sanity checks.

I have little knowledge on web development.

Any suggestions on how to write code to do it using any prog language (preferably java or python)would be fine, i will try implementing.

No Huge UI/css needed.
