Nginx fails to bind port 80

I have a problem with nginx. I have logrotate with such a config:

/var/customers/logs/*.log { daily missingok rotate 52 compress delaycompress notifempty create 640 root adm sharedscripts prerotate nginx -s stop endscript postrotate nginx endscript }

As you see it's switching nginx off when moving configs and turns it on when it's done. But sometimes nginx fails to bind it to port 80. http://ift.tt/1MaDa45 It's happening every day, so i guess that's why he is restarting. Also There are my sites configuration. Maybe something here is wrong ? http://ift.tt/1N65pvD There are no more suspicious logs, for example in php. What's going on here ? I have only nginx working on 80 port. No more applications like apache or something else.
