Is there any reliable PHP framework like CodeIgniter that does not need to install?

Currently I am using CodeIgniter to develop PHP web applications. The most interesting thing I love about CI is that it does not need any installation and its ideal for shared hosts that user can not install special package or stuffs on it.

Does anybody know another framework that has the same feature and be reliable like CI ?
