How to open jsp file in folder using form?

I'm a beginner in web development. I would like to write a simple web page with structure like in picure

In my web page, when user click on "Submit" button, browser will open content in view.jsp in Student folder, I used <form action="Student?action=view" method="post"> but it's not working. How could I do that? Please help me. Thank you.
