How to I map a location address to my localhost?

Someone coded something that directs to http://ift.tt/1SL8vaq

But this said index.php is actually on my localhost and not a call to a website.

How do I map it to http://localhost/page_components/Social/page_components/SocialManager/fbtest/index.php

On my wamp server I have mapped my localhost to C:\wamp\www\CZ3003\Web_components as the root directory

The said index.php is actually sitting on C:\wamp\www\CZ3003\Web_components\page_components\SocialManager\fbtest\index.php

I am sorry if this question is poorly put forward.
