Free PSD website templates for practice WITH mobile versions

I'd like to practice in building responsive websites from scratch i.e. PSD templates. Behance is a good source, but I've never found a full complicate multipage template also containing a versions for small resolutions and animations, hover, focus effects. Is this tasks prerogative of designer or developer? Maybe you can advise me more sources to search
