Are there anything front end framework can't do?

actually this thread is not about technical questions. I am trying to develop a web front end framework, and I am researching some challenges that developers meet when developing websites on front end, but I don't have much idea about what I should include in this new framework, Are there any concerns, or you would like to have/to speed up in the development stage?
