what is the best web UI lib for CRUD base application(Accounting,Inventory)

I am designing and implementing a Web based Accounting and Inventory system. There's a lot of Forms,Dialogs,Grids... in this system and it has to be a Single page Web Application. The Application is RESTful and the server will be written in either Java or C++(Casablanca).

I wanted to know which UI library or framework should I use considering performance,easy to develop,lightweight,keyboard support,contains(Dialogs,Grids,useful UI controls).... .

Should I use one of these frameworks (AngularJs , BackboneJs,JQuerUI,...)?
