How to staticize web pages in Flask？

I'm writing a website to show some introductions and articles for a small company. When the administrator(maybe only one) logged in, he can post,update or delete the information like tel number and the articles. So, I'm confused that the administrator maybe just update the content to be show occationally(all the dynamic content stored in database). But every time one browse the website something like http://ift.tt/11ZUJe7 the server should response to the request and query some information from database like MySQL and finally display the html via jinjia? Is it possible that everytime when the admin posted something, then generate the static page and replace the old ones. So the visitors just need to see the static pages.
