Saving data from Contact form 7 to ftp server

been googling but not finding anything solid, really wish to move my data from contact form 7 in wordpress and load it to a ftp server.

By taking the data straight after its filled in and saving it in a text file on the ftp server. Just need a nudge to a good link or some information regarding this please. Quite new to wordpress and have trouble finding my way through the back end of plugins
