Adjacency matrix of part of web in R

Is there any function in R that returns adjacency matrix of part of a web, for example I type in one webpage and number of pages and it starts from there and makes adjacency matrix of that part of a web. Like function surfer.m in matlab: http://ift.tt/1ThDT1P
