I need to find the shortest HTML code to achieve the following look
Where the bolded letters are purple. I also need to set the body background in the same code line. Note that I can not use anything other than HTML (i.e. no CSS). What I currently have is (note all formatting in the code that was not mentioned above still needs to be kept in the final code).Liberal Arts and Science Academy

And right now the code is about 25 characters longer than it is able to be. If any one can think of any way to condense this it would be much appreciated!
