A few days ago i made a mind experiment, about what would happen if certain parts of the world would technical blackout. What would happen to the WWW. How to save your own data on webspaces in such cases.
Scenario Example: I live in germany. so if germany would blackout for any reasons (EMP, meteor, whatever xD) If i put my data on a webspace for example in New Zealand and link it to a co.nz Domain... So from Germany this server would no longer be reachable because of the blackout. Would it be accessable from inside New Zealand? Which Domains are still working all but .de ? How "fragilie" are those systems? What would be a intelligent way to get a webspace which would survive such a situation.
