How to rotate tomcat stdout and stderr log file based on Size limit and timestamp

Could any please solve this how to make tomcat logs rotate based on the size and time stamp. Tried all scenarios by changing conf/logging.properties file but didn't get any luck. Does any provide concrete solution. In web Application use used lot System.out.prinltn statment to print the log in log file (tomcat6-stdout file) . Since tomcat6-stdout file is very huge. How to make rotate stdout and stderr file based on the size and timestamp (per day) Immediate response is appreciable. If required i will share logging.properties. Enironment: Tomcat server6.0.44,Windows XP.
