How to convert native WebComponents custom element to Polymer?

I am new to WebComponents and Polymer. I created some custom elements by using native WebComponents but they are not working on browsers except Chrome and Polymer elements are working on all browsers. My problem is that how can i convert native WebComponents elements to Polymer or how custom elements that are written by using native WebComponents works on all browsers. As i see, native WebComponents and Polymer syntax are different.
