How to save web page's text in c/c++?

i've already seen many solutions, but as I see, these ones use a kind of connection with the web page. I would like to save a text from a page that is not available directly from the browser, it requires a programm and the program will log me in and open the page. So I'm afraid of trying. Is there a way to save the text asif I'd do "save page as text"? If there is how should i start? If not how can it be solved to reach the page? Thanks a lot!
