Looking for a python library that can help me edit/create/merge pdf files

I am doing a project in Django, and I need a python library or something that can help me edit/create and merge pdf's for the same.

The only thing I could find is pyPdf. I am not sure if it will help me edit the pdf, and merge multiple edited pdf into a single one.
