How to make an android application and update it with a database [on hold]

• I would like make an android application like magazine or newsletter.
  
  
  
  • I would be thankful if you consider my scenario and let me know your opinion about it.
  
  
  • This application (android) should be update everyday by a database for more than 300 clients.
  
  
  • I want use SQL server and use a web service (SOAP,Rest,…) and make a website for updating database and take new text or other data (Image, text, etc..) with C#
  
  
  • My opinion is that, the data from SQL Server database by Web service or replication sends to android database (like SQL lite) every day or every time.
  
  
  • Obviously, I cannot access to client to change or add new subject and for this purpose I want do this by database.
  
  
  • Do you think it is a right solution? And thank let me know your opinion about it.
