How to listen to a click event on another underscore template in Backbone?

in this SPA http://ift.tt/1E4Kzg0 I am trying to make a listen event to the upgrade button to that specific selected model

the problem is I tried many methods to listen to different models at a time, and the last try is using the same view object and render different output for selected model but the upgrade button "click" listener is not working
