I am starting to learn some web programming, but I am confused in some point.
Generally you have an index.html file which represents the main page(home page) of your website. Just like the stackoverflow.com start page.
When you click ask question, am I going to another file? If so, I have to copy the same code and change the details?
I know this question maybe a little too broad, so if you feel that I need more reading, you are more than welcome. Thanks.
