Parallax Scrolling with lazy loading

I know you get angry very easily when it comes to such a question here, but can you show me a path where should I educate?

I would like to achieve effect of paralax scrolling and lazy loading - not only for images, but also for content. Is there any use of Ajax to load the data on the fly when someone scrolls in in specified area?
