How to make end user installer or distribute a package in java?

I certainly have many doubts in creating distribute package.

These are the requirement scenerio:

1. It should use the Java language (Preferably Swing for installer GUI).


2. The whole package(war) is contains a J2EE web application with WildFly Server(JSF+SPRING+JPA(Hibernate))technologies and using maven as build tool.


3. One time installation and uninstall (the distribute package provided from web application, afterwards every update should be added as plug in).


4. The Package should be cross platform and secured.

Give valuable suggestion, as i working on it..
