How to create a website view and what program do i use

Im looking for some help and if someone can help me create (and how to create) a website bot. Basically what im looking for is this,

I need views on a website but with different IP address to make it look like a legit viewer is on the website. I need these view to be atleast 1 hour long... Any ideas?
