How to prompt 'open with' in a PWA with vuejs

I am trying to prompt open with options for email inbox after clicking a button in my PWA.

Example:

It should be a very easy task but somehow I do not know how to. mailto doesn't work for me because I only want to open inbox. How can I achieve that?
