How to set Amazon SES configuration set in Amazon CloudWatch

I have a task to make Amazon SES to publish my email sending events to Amazon CloudWatc as described in enter link description here.REad most of the documentation but still got no idea how to track open and click events of email sending events. I am new to Amazon web services so please any help is highly appreciated. about those events more described in below links enter link description here
