Auto fill in on web page and detect element color

I was wondering if there was something that detects if it is

<div id="wheel-timer" style="color: rgb(80, 80, 80); display: block; opacity: 1;">time</div>

or

<div id="wheel-timer" style="color: rgb(200, 53, 78); display: block; opacity: 1;">time</div>

basically if rgb(80, 80, 80) fill in this(on a web page) and click on this(on a web page) or if rgb(200, 53, 78) fill in this and click on this on a web page.

Can you do that with node.js or something else?
