How the logic works behind different pricing for members and non members in Wordpress Website?

I want to create one intranet website for one of our clients, For that, I'm using WordPress and Woffice theme to create a kind of website like Nasscom.in where I have to display different pricing for upcoming events tickets for members and non-members of that particular organization.
