Download data/directories using wget in LINUX

I need to download the .grb files in the following website using the wget command in Ubuntu/LINUX. I have the following command as it is shown in their website. (http://ift.tt/2jeX9GT)

But, the following wget command gives me an error. Please provide me an idea to make it work. I want to download all the years/directories in the website.
