I'm Kenneth and I've been over the last three 3 years been learning web development through sites that claim to turn you pro fast. I've come to the conclusion that School is out of the question because I'm financially not stable and don't have 3 to 4 years to learn before hitting the workforce. Second is the majority of the best web developers are self taught and I've read a few articles that lead me to come to this great community of coders :D. I'm trying to create a curriculum to self teach myself web development. Now I'm very green I've only done HTML, CSS and light Javascript nothing more but I'm hungry to learn. I understand that there a lots of different stacks and paths to go down so I'll be brief with that I want to do when I get a job. I love Android and creating websites...not a huge fan of IOS but hey lots of jobs there and apps are cool. I'm looking for a senior developer to point me in the right direction. I know that I will need to study 20/hr a week on top of work and gym. I just need a syllabus breakdown of what i need to learn first and in what order. Any specific sites would be greatly appreciated but if college did teach me anything is research skills so I'm capable of finding sites and books. I just need structure in my life because at my current stage I'm all over the place and its hard to learn and retain it. Many Thanks to Everyone! I hope one day to return the favor and help future newbies become self taught :D
