Microsoft office practical online exam solution

I want to build a web based application which should do following:

1) Open Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint) instance in a browser. Like the way we do open files stored on Microsoft Onedrive.

2) Based on a question, track activity of user. For example; a question like this: Change font color of second sentence of third paragraph to red. In this case, application should track the user activity, whether user answered correctly or not. Moreover, there could be multiple ways(Keyboard, mouse, or both) of solving the same question.

Is it possible to do so? If yes, what is the best way of achieving this goal? If not, then is there any other way which is near to achieve the same? I am a java programmer. It would not be hard for me if there is need to switch to any other programming environment which best suits for the solution. Thank you very much!
