What languages should I use to build this app that combines two APIs [on hold]

I'm very new coding so bear with me, but this is what I'd like to do:

1. Give users a login to an app page On this page they have a list of orders pulled in from the Shopify API, with customer name, items, etc.
2. Those orders will have an accept/decline button which sends the order over to GetSwift through their API if they press accept
3. On another tab they'll have a simple Google Sheet they can edit

That's basically it! Does anyone have any tips on what I would use to make something like this?
