So, I came across this webpage where I am really amazed by the animation when it navigates from one section to the other. For example from its "Home" section navigates to "About Me" section, so on and so forth.

I just wish to know is there an open source library supporting the animation during of those sections' transition? Is it by jQuery or any other libraries? Thank you very much guys.
